My Story
Welcome and thank you for visiting my page, my name is Melissa and I’m so glad to see you here!
I was first introduced to Scentsy in 2008 at a party I attended for my cousin - I was THAT customer… You know, the one who only orders because they know the host?! I bought my warmer and wax and instantly forgot about them because I was a candle person. Fast forward to 2010, I'm at a friend's home and my one-year old stuck his hand into her ‘candle’ warmer! Insert motherly panic now!! But to my surprise all my son did was say 'Ick!' Ick?! What is this product?! She tells me it is her Scentsy warmer, I went home and pulled out my warmer and from that point on I was officially hooked!
In October 2012, after buying from a variety of Consultants over the past year, I joined Scentsy. At first, I joined as a 'hobby' to support my own addiction, now Scentsy is my PASSION and my JOB! A job that lets me enjoy my crazy kids, and spend time with my husband who has an ever-changing schedule! And as a plus, I can keep my job when it comes time for us to move again ;)
I am the wife to an active duty United States Sailor and mom to two amazingly active and crazy kids who keep me on my toes with Boy Scouts, competition dance, and Girl Scouts! I volunteer as a Leader for my daughter's Girl Scout Troop, am the Ombudsman for our command, work full time from home, and in my free time volunteer in my kids classrooms!
I am part of an amazing team who provides as much support as my family does in my business - which is a true blessing in the direct sales world!
